I had a lovely time despite this poor excuse for a hotel, because family was there for a nearby wedding. Our booked room with two queen beds had one? Not even water bottles to buy for coffee in the room, so tap water coffee with powdered creamer, although bottled water is free outside the room? They do not make up the rooms, and no one told us this!!! I’ve never heard of such a thing…again, isn’t this a service industry? Rude bartenders, as in more than two, who “deign” to wait on you. What kind of service industry does that…lazy, and not in their best interest. The hotel budged not a bit, so we paid two nights of an empty room, when the hotel was fully booked, and could have sold that empty room out. Over booked a room, since some of our party arrived early and got a room instead of waiting for our arrival. Having spent several thousand dollars here in three days, without gambling, my first impressions have been confirmed several times over. Hilton prices, Motel 6 service/amenities.
